2026 Conference Call for Presenters

What We Are Looking For

Hands-on-Training Weekend (May 9 & 10, 2026)

  • Saturday and/or Sunday
  • One-day sessions to be offered twice
  • Two-day session to be offered once
  • 2.5 day session to be offered once, with a class starting Friday evening

Educational Conference (May 11-14, 2026)

  • Tuesday to Thursday
  • Half-day sessions to be offered twice
  • Full-day sessions can be offered once or twice
  • These are classroom sessions only

Submission Guidelines

To be considered as a speaker, please be prepared to submit the following via our online portal:

  1. Brief biography highlighting your relevant experience and photo
  2. Brief summary of your proposed presentation.
  3. Any supporting materials (e.g., previous speaking engagements, publications)
  4. All related costs associated with the presentation (e.g. travel, accomodation, meals, honourarium).
  5. Any equipment and/or classrrom needs (e.g. audio visual, flips charts, etc).

Selection Process

Our conference committee will evaluate all submissions based on relevance, originality, and potential impact. Accepted speakers will be notified by November 30, 2025.
