The 2013 BCFTOA Annual Conference and HOT Weekend is being hosted by Penticton and Summerland Fire Department's. 

The full conference and HOT program runs from May 22 to May 26, 2013. 

Penticton BC located in the South Okanagan Valley offers a host of ammenities and tourist activities.

Cancellation, Postponement and Substitution Policy

For any cancellations received in writing not less than fifteen (15) days prior to the conference, you will receive an 85% credit. An administration fee of 15% of the fees will be retained by BCFTOA all permitted cancellations. No credit will be issued for any cancellations occurring within fourteen (14) days (inclusive) of the conference.

In the event that the BCFTOA cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a reimbursement for 100% of the fee paid.

BCFTOA is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event.
